Consultant Form

I created this form to support our IDs in consulting with internal clients when we started to experience SME Creep. Included in this tool is an agenda for a discovery call, a link to the design process (below), and questions to ask the stakeholder. 

Since starting our exploratory calls with the design process explanation, our designers, SMEs, and other stakeholders are more in alignment during the entire build.

Replacing Images - ​Flow Chart for Freelancer Support

A tool I created, in addition to the vILT, to train and support freelancers in updating outdated and poorly cropped images for our publications. Links (yellow and underlined) were embedded in the flow chart for quick access to different tools needed during the process.

Freelancers completed project on time and on budget.
